Users may contribute wine knowledge and tasting notes. By submitting contributions, you grant SipWith a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share that content within the App. You are responsible for the accuracy of your contributions.
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, using the App for any unlawful purpose, submitting false or misleading information, or attempting to circumvent rate limits or security measures.
The App, its design, code, and original content are the property of the App's creator. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App's creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content.
